Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive confirmation once it’s on transit, as well a a tracking number.
All shipping promotions apply only to domestic shipping (México).
Every package is shipped with UPS, DHL or FEDEX
Please understand I cannot be responsible for item damage in transit or items lost by the shipping company. I strongly encourage to purchase the shipping insurance at checkout.
Every piece is carefully packed and protected for shipping, however, in the unfortunate situation your item is damaged in transit, please send me clear photos of your package within the first 48 hrs. In case you purchased insurance, I will open the claim with the shipping company and process your refund.

If you wish to purchase a piece and have it shipped to a country outside our delivery zone, please reach out to me and we can make it happen.
